Serves as President, Chief Fxecutive Officer, and Director of the Company. Mr. Keenan is directly responsible for each facet of the Company's growth and move forward financial strategy. Having become a professional public practice accountant in 1980, Mr. Keenan's past 25 years in corporate finance, tax planning and business advisory services for an international list of clients opened the way for his co-founding of the Landmark Oil & Gas Group Companies.

John Rogers

Serves as Chairman of the Board, Chief Financial Officer, and Director of the Company. Mr. Rogers has over 30 years experience in the financial services sector. He has considerable experience in the boardroom serving two years as a Director of a Calgary based oil and gas company, two years as President of an Environmental company and currently President and Chief Executive Officer of a TSX Venture Exchange listed but presently not trading company. Mr. Rogers is very active in the business community and has volunteered his time to a number of charitable organizations.
